1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Perfect Union Pro for wedding and event planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perfect Union Pro.

2. Services Provided

Perfect Union Pro provides comprehensive wedding and event planning services including but not limited to: venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, design consultation, and day-of coordination. Specific services will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and amounts will be specified in your service contract. Generally, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure services, with remaining payments due according to agreed milestones. All payments must be made in full before the event date.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on timing: 12+ months before event (50% refund), 6-12 months (25% refund), less than 6 months (no refund). Retainer fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

Perfect Union Pro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, planning materials, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Perfect Union Pro. Clients may not reproduce or share these materials without written permission.
